A Pennsylvania woman who lived next to a chocolate factory that exploded late last week has submitted a lawsuit in opposition to the facility’s operator.
According to ABC Information, plaintiff Betty Wright claimed that she was residence at the time of the substantial explosion. All through the first blast, Wright was “lifted from her toes and blown throughout the room producing significant and long lasting accidents.”

Wright is asking that a courtroom award damages of at the very least $500,000 to compensate for her injuries, losses, and emotional distress.
