It was a Presidential directive! Minister Katumba Wamala defends self over appointment of Uganda Airlines CEO Bamuturaki

The Minister of Functions and Transport, Gen Katumba Wamala has instructed Customers of Parliament the on Committee Commissions, Statutory Authorities and Point out Enterprises (COSASE) that Jenifer Bamuturaki was appointed to the position of Chief Govt Officer of Uganda Airlines subsequent a presidential directive.
