PEP’s IntelliHub acquisition was announced on 15 September 2022 as the Australian Financial investment Council’s Massive Cap (>$500 million) 2022 Investing for Development Award winner.
The IntelliHub Group is an Australian and New Zealand-dependent utility providers company that delivers revolutionary wise metering and data options that help in facilitating the transformation currently transpiring in power markets.
The sophisticated transaction included a subscription and sale to Brookfield, together with a market down by very long-expression shareholder Landis + Gyr, and the relevant social gathering divestment of the CrescoNet team to a new joint undertaking between PEP and Brookfield.
