Chris Howard was waiting around to listen to from his father who operates at the plant Tuesday night time. He acquired a cell phone call close to 7 p.m. from a good friend who will work protection at the refinery.
“He explained it was like some form of explosion,” Howard claimed. “He instructed me there was just a significant rumble at the refinery, loads of fire in all places. He explained it’s the worst he’s noticed. Lots of men and women wounded.”
Lucas County Regional Dispatch verified that EMS responded to the scene and to stories of injuries. Dispatch was unable to say how quite a few men and women were probably hurt or how major the injuries might be.
