Herbert Smith Freehills advises Tulla Resources on its merger with Pantoro and demerger of certain industrial mineral assets

Tulla Assets is a gold improvement and mineral exploration company integrated in the United kingdom. Herbert Smith Freehills recommended the corporation on its ASX listing in March 2021.
The merger will consolidate 100% ownership and manage of the Norseman Gold Undertaking, together with the Norseman battery and base metals mineral rights.
The merger will generate a new mid-cap ASX-mentioned gold organization with target production of 110,000oz per annum, a Mineral Resource of 4.79 Moz and an Ore Reserve of .98 Moz and, given the scale of the Norseman task, sizeable opportunity to expand the resource foundation and generation profile by way of greenfields and brownfields exploration.
